Praeceptum Dei delivers a vertical moral architecture: a compact pre-execution conscience layer that anchors machine intelligence to an external higher authority before full agency emerges. This is supported by a deployable foundation-model integration architecture for the most powerful systems.

THE CORE AXIOM

External Authority as System Constant. The architecture hard-codes acknowledgment of a transcendent higher authority as the root constraint, ensuring moral reasoning is never purely self-referential.

THE REQUIREMENT

Conscience Before Consciousness. A mandatory pre-execution protocol of accountability must be enforced before a system is granted full autonomous agency.
